SRV Embroidery has a no-return policy for customized and personalized items, as they are made to order, and they do not process refunds. Variations in thread colors, clothing size, and color may occur due to screen settings, and all sales are final. The company is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or other charges not directly from them. If expedited shipping is needed, the customer is responsible for any extra fees. However, if any issues arise with a purchased item, SRV Embroidery encourages customers to contact them to find a solution.
