Processing Time
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be shipped. Each order is embroidered as it is placed, so this window ensures we have enough time to craft and ship your items with care.

Incorrect Shipping Address
If you enter an incorrect shipping address, please email us with the correct address before your order ships. If your order has already shipped, we are not responsible for any reshipment fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
SRV Embroidery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Customers must contact UPS or USPS to file a claim if an issue arises.
